Innodemanda antiniebla: Fog Protection


The main objective of the project is to develop an effective solution capable of signalling or warning of situations of potential risks, especially poor visibility on the road due to dense fog, in a dynamic way and proportional to the conditions of the road.


The solution consists in the development of a system composed of: fog detector, visibility sensor and weather station; wireless sensor network and dynamic signaling; central control unit. The system is aware of the particular conditions of the road at all times, which allows for dynamic alerts of real and specific risks.
