Use of mobile Apps for the full building management (maintenance, cleaning, support services,...). This allow to manage in a more efficient way the quality of the services delivered to customers, to follow-up the incidents and schedule the corrective and preventive services.
The overall goal of this technology is to deliver an integrated and efficient service to a building due to the availability of the information about the outstanding works from a mobile device. The application works just scanning a barcode, QR or even NFC technology. The team is able to print bar code labels or RFID for inventory, this way they can carry out a wide range of activities in real time: create events, check maintenance history, manage their maintenance, add documentation or to explain the procedures to be followed, etc.
